Requirements for copies

Follow these instructions to ensure proper copying of your documents that meet the requirements

1. Documents can be copied on a single sheet or separate sheets of paper, depending on their size and original format.

2. Copies can be made in color or black and white.

3. Copies must be clear and legible to fully reproduce the content of the original documents. Ensure that the copier or multifunction device is set to achieve optimal copy quality.

4. The size of the copies should be in exact scale to the original. Do not change the scale while copying to avoid distortion and loss of information.

5. Use a copier or multifunction device that provides high-quality copying when making document copies.

6. Before copying, make sure that the original documents are in good condition and free from any damage that may affect the quality of the copies.

7. When copying, remember to check the quality of each copy to ensure that they fully correspond to the original and are clearly readable.

VISA «D»

• Copy of the first page of the foreign passport with photo and personal information.

• Copies of pages of the foreign passport with valid Bulgarian and Schengen visas (if applicable).

SECTOR «MIGRATION»

Initial Residence Permit Application

• Copy of the first page of the foreign passport with photo and personal information.

• Copies of pages of your passport with a type D visa and the stamp of the last entry to the territory of Bulgaria.

Subsequent Residence Permit Applications

• Copy of the first page of the foreign passport with photo and personal information.

• Copy of the Bulgarian identification card (residence permit) on both sides.

• Copy of the page of your passport with the stamp of the last entry to the territory of Bulgaria.

• Copy of the stamp in the passport regarding the residence permit for children under 6 years old.
