- Representatives of foreign legal entities who have established a commercial representation of a legal entity in Bulgaria and are registered with the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

- The permit is valid for up to one year.

1️⃣ Foreign passport valid for at least 18 months from the date of document submission, containing a minimum of two blank pages.*
*) A copy of the birth certificate is mandatory for minors.
2️⃣ Copies of passport pages:
- Spread with photo and personal details;
- Pages with previously obtained visas (Schengen, Bulgaria).
3️⃣ Completed visa application form.

Confirmation of Sufficient Funds
8️⃣ Bank Statement or Bank Certificate from any bank within
the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria, confirming the availability
of funds for the applicant's stay for a minimum period of six months.
For calculation purposes, the applicant must have funds equivalent to at least
one month's minimum wage. As of January 1, 2023, the minimum wage in Bulgaria
is 780 BGN. The statement should be issued no earlier than one month prior
to the date of document submission.

Upon arrival in the country, holders of this visa are required to contact the competent Migration Service of the Ministry of Interior of the Republic of Bulgaria no later than 14 days before its expiration, typically with an application for the issuance of the corresponding residence permit. Notes:
- The application can only be submitted in person by the applicant, including minors. The legislation does not allow exceptions to this rule.
- In all cases involving minors, a copy of the birth certificate is mandatory, along with a separate set of documents for obtaining the visa.
